Changes (inside) *possible trigger warning* ?

I have felt something "not right" is the best way I can describe it inside for a little while now. Over the past few months, there have been changes. One of my alters who was a mist, has now got a physical appearance, though they remain a mute. The roles of Jester and Joker have changed. Another little has appeared, Lorcan has a twin.

Things, structure wise are also changing on the inside. New areas are being created, previous areas are being merged. A lot of building work going on. I know of some what is happening, but not everything. I am not worried about it, because the one who is overseeing it is telling me not to worry. And I trust them.

I know this is not uncommon, but this is the first time that I have realised big changes happening inside. I just wanted to get it out, share it with others who I know will understand.

What were the roles of Jester and Joker? Do you think Lorcan split and made two Lorcans or maybe this is a Newly born alter or he was always there but you didn't know? What's the mist alter like? - more feelings or I dunno the or ummmm or you get no feeling from him?

Are the merged areas to do with the alters who have changed?

Sounds like you are getting more aware of each other, them working together inside is great, building new things sounds like they're making the place better AND agreeing about how. So, I'd say congrats, that sounds you're making progress.

Sarandipity, I don't think the previous roles of Jester and Joker matter. Lorcan did not split, nor his his twin a new alter. Lorcan's twin was always there, I was just not aware of him. The mist alter is no longer mist, he has now a physical appearance.

Flor, yes it does seem like this and thank you for your reply. Some of the littles found it comforting.

Inside is just undergoing a re-build. Like when a house undergoes a re-build. Walls are knocked down, places are made bigger, because they are being merged. Other areas are being made a-new. It is because I have become more aware of those that were previously there. Or as I term it "new alters coming through". They may not necessarily be new in the true sense but are new to me.

andiKirkwood if you mean by integrated that we are getting to know each other better as Flor said then yes.

I am not one to normally come in and comment so quickly after Purple Haze but in this case I felt I had to.

Things are not getting mixed up or getting mixed together as such. To use Purple Haze's example of a re-build, things are just a little bit chaos at the moment. To create harmony you must first create chaos. Think of living through a re-build. It's chaotic, but when it's done, it is a lot more harmonious.
