I just wanted to say bye if I'm not here anymore. I feel like the usual outside "me" might be on her way back and I'll be back inside. I could be wrong but that's how it feels. There's a work meeting tomorrow and it feels like I won't be much use outside in work. I could be wrong. Maybe I will still be here but just incase I wanted to say:

Talking here has been really helpful to me. Reading other peoples posts helped me have some insight. I think I would have struggled alot more than I did without landing here so to speak.

There's a couple of sites on the home screen of the phone and this one is the one I've used. I tried the other one but it's just some kind of anonymous Facebook type thing where people post memes or general chit chat and that wouldn't have helped me with anything so I'm really grateful this site is here and grateful to all of you.

If I do go back internally then I wish every one of you here healing and that you have safe journeys of discovery to get where you need to get with DID and with life generally. I will miss you all.

If it's not "me" anymore then the usual "me" has decided to call herself Melusine. I'm sure she'll sort all that out though. I haven't ventured into looking at the signature.

Hopefully I'll be able to pop back if Melusine does switch back with me.

She has gone back. I need to get my teeth back into organising life. Being internal for a while has allowed me to become more relaxed, I can't deny that.

I felt her as I read the replies here and she got really choked up, it meant alot to her. So she is still sort of here but can't be here at the same time if that makes sense.
