Strange thing

So I was at the refrigerator checking the date on the mayonaisse and somebody pops up and says I feel like things are crawling on me. I did not have that sensation though.

Did you try to reach out to the voice and let them explain what is going on? Maybe the next time you hear similar thought, reassure the voice and say things like: there is nothing crawling on us right now, I will check in the mirror to see if there are any crawlers? Do you see anything, good me neither.
Just to re-assure them that their fears aren't based on the present physical reality, to maybe help calm them down a bit?
