We would also recommend Multiplicity and Me. We once watched most of a rather long video of a presentation/lecture they gave.

As to the other kind of people that birdsong mentioned, yeah, we don't touch them with a 10-foot pole.

I wish there were more adult people sharing things in an adult way.
not like they are some kind of kinky teen with weird and quirky looks and ....
it's like it is a teen subculture. there used to be emo, now there is DID.
not what DID really is. mostly hidden. mostly quiet.
maybe it is all just too american for me. I can't stand 80% of the stuff we see on social media.

We also like MultiplicityAndMe, they've been around forever (originally with different account tho), way before talking about DID became a thing.

If you like a channel that is very informative DissociaDID is great. There are lot of videos you can show to people who don't understand DID, and they have their facts checked, links to studies in every video etc. Talking about integration is triggering to them tho, so you won't find things about that in there, they get dissociative if try to talk about it. For educational purposes I think they are best channel we've seen. There's plenty of info in MultiplicityAndMe as well, but it's not as easily found, when it's part of live stream etc.

We've tried to watch Entropy system and Labyrinth system, but never really followed them. I think for us with Entropy system it was just some chemistry thing, there was nothing wrong in the videos we saw from them, and with Labyrinth vids we looked were bit too .. I don't know .. slow? Like not enough happening. We can have a new try with them tho. Also nothing bad to say about them, I think everyone has their favorites. Other channels not mentioned yet are Team Pinata and Axolotls in a trench coat. Those are also bigger channels with many videos.

I agree. Not enough real people sharing leading people to think its all fake. I never really dug into MPD/DID, but always thought it was people "acting" until SF convinced me otherwise.

I understand secrecy to a degree, I understand having a pseudonym from the body name, but I don't even get use SFs insiders real names. I've explained that the main perp is dead and there is NO WAY to track the insiders by their names. Nope, initials and different names. C'est la vie.

What does that mean, "exchanging alters with other systems"?

We like Multiplicity and Me too. We may be confusing their system with the other one that we recommended, but we like them both.

Please be VERY CAREFUL if a still splitting system for the future or not An alter or host internalizes the information of another system can be very damaging. Either plan to write a book or prepare for fame
