So, i'm a TI. Been followed by the police and a bunch of MI5 wannabes for a couple of years, ever since I started coming out with the truth about my parents and the 'club' who'd done what they did to cause our DID. It's called 'gang stalking', if you didn't know the name of it. Unfortunately, there are some who are stalked that also have psychosis, for whatever reason, and they appear delusional, discrediting the truth of such an occurrence. And unfortunately, there are some who are not stalked, but still claim to be, either because of paranoia and/or delusions, or for other dishonest reasons, and they too, discredit us who are targeted. It is also unfortunate that a large amount of information regarding gang stalking, is actually put out by the perpetrators themselves, in the hope that TI's will read it or hear it, and become more scared and hopeless, as well as sound more crazy to the people they tell. In our experience, the perpetrators are nothing but fools and cowards, employed to 'surround' TI's wherever they go and make them feel uncomfortable, afraid, angry etc. Simply, their job is to fill a TI's life with negativity and cause the people around them to hate them too, by slander and by provocation. But really, who cares? The thing is, TI's are not alone. A lot of the time, their perpetrators are assigned to many others too. I once saw woman confront a perpetrator who was watching both of us at the same location. These pests don't ever seem to splash out financially against TI's, so they maintain efficiency and watch whoever's closest.
Being watched and followed sure is an awful experience, but it's still possible to live a happy, healthy and fairly normal life, even still.
For us, confrontation works, but only because we know how to physically fight any person. Training and experience in violence is extremely important for TI's, and even for any survivor of criminal trauma, in my opinion.
Certainly do talk about it. We tell strangers on the street (who sometimes expose themselves to be perpetrators too!) and we tell shop workers, bank tellers, friends, neighbours. Don't be afraid to tell it how it is, so long as you do it honestly and logically. You'd be surprised at how open people are to the idea, let alone the evidence right in front of them. But Do Not Ever sound crazy! Be open to being wrong! It is better to give the benefit of the doubt to a perpetrator, than to accuse an innocent, unless your life is in physical danger, but then it is not matter of gang stalking, but self defence.
Of course, there are many things I could say to deal with perpetrators, but i'm not going to put them on a public forum lol
But speak! Be free! Be unafraid! They fear you far more than you fear them! Why else would they feel the need to work as a 'gang'?

So, all that said. Can anyone relate?
