Host problems (repeat of forbidden area?)

First our host felt worse than ever- like she was losing her mind. She feels as if she's making everything up- but yet knows we're here. Now we have an even worse problem. I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe we're just delusional or something- I'm definitely feeling "crazy" for some reason myself. That's not normal for me. I think her feelings are affecting me somehow. Anyway- you know the tattoo she mentioned before? Well- the one she has in our inner world- went "rouge". Honestly- even I'm not sure what's going on.

Well- way back when we were having problems with the "forbidden area"- Shadow's mind was taken over by the "heart" of that area. Our host was messing around a lot in the shadow world. I fear that something similar happened to her. Well the tattoo spread on it's own. She looks very intimidating- and we can sense something isn't right about her. I was going to write more- but hopefully this problem gets straightened out soon. No one knows what's going on- nor what we should do.

She seems fine right now- but she's in the "dungeon". We only put her there until we figure out what's wrong with her. She's alright with that (at least the part of her- that I know- is). She said she didn't feel so good. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going on? We seriously feel like we're on our own in this. Maybe we are "losing it". I have no clue why I feel crazy myself. I know more about all of us than she knows. So there's no explanation for why I'm feeling this way.

Honestly- I'm not sure why I even wrote what I did yesterday. I'm becoming very forgetful myself. It's apparently affecting me too. It seems that Shadow might be the only one not affected. That probably means something- being that he originally came from the "shadows". The rest of us feel crazy. Maybe we are. We never thought something like this would happen to our host. Luckily- I'm also one of the hosts- so I took over. Before she was affected- she was trying to heal their land. Now I'm not sure what to do.

We don't have a shadow world, but perhaps these experiences are your system's way of telling you to slow down? We've been going through a lot of painful feelings of our own, so we realized it was best to slow down, not push for answers, and focus on remaining stable.

We managed to make a therapist appointment for tomorrow. Well today- was a horrible mess (in the inner world). A bunch of us got injured- but luckily the problem seems to have been stabilized for now. Hopefully anyway. Luckily- the injured aren't hurt too bad. They should hopefully recover.

Hope the T session helps. Sometimes when someone inside shifts around or something it can make everything a mess for a while. Maybe the shift is really a good thing but the whole system is like confused and scared for a while. It's like having a radioactive friend show up. They say 'hi' and everybody runs around screaming
