Okay so this morning, I got an appointment with the Mental Health Team. For the end of the month. I feel... relived to be honest. Very calm about going. My alters, even those who were not that keen to begin with having to go to speak with someone, are happy about it. They have accepted that this is the best thing for us, for us all.
I just wanted to share that with you all.
And yeah I know I have not been around of late, but I have been busy.
