Signs of DID from when you were a child?

Host wanted to say thank u for ur replies. It's very interesting to see how people's stories differ. Never thought that there can be so many moments of realization. Host mostly thought about these things as always happening more or less in the same style. It's cool.

And Johnny-Jack, host also has a similar experience with our Guardian, he also was in the form of a guardian angel. Grew up in a religious school, what can you expect. But yea it was cool to see someone else with similar experiences.

We have this thing where whenever we watch/read something we 'place' one of ourselves in the world as if it's another character in the story (imagine how people edit their characters into pictures from TV shows, except our brain was visually placing us in the medium itself when we watched it). We have done this from as far back as any of us remember, going back to as early as age 6 with Sarabi (which is also the age we suspect we started splitting). We later figured out (after coming to terms with our DID) that whoever was 'placed' in the world was decided by whoever was most interested in the media (example: Flair in Doctor Who, and Akane in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, etc.).
