Oh no :(((

We are thinking of you. I'm glad you and your family are safe. Sending very big hugs if wanted.

Trish translating for a little here,

My name is winter. I was this systems first split. I won't go too far into details as our trauma is graphic and causes problems with our balance, what I want to talk about stems from it through and I want help stopping or maybe just hiding from the outside world, but I get triggered by cold and men. and I always put myself in dangerous situations when I am triggered. like I want to submit to men. it always feels like they will hurt me less if I let them do what they want. what do I need to do to disappear.

Hi winter,

We have someone like you in our system. They were really scared of adults - but adults are part of our system too so it was really hard for them. Then we went to therapy and our T was just another adult so nobody really trusted her. It took a long time and it was pretty scary, but we learned how to work with our T and then other adults (and maybe even trust some of them).

Hi Evan,

Hope your teeth are ok! Lots of people get scared at the dentist, not just kids. Hope Colin or someone else took over so you didn't have to be there!!

We're going to the dentist tomorrow. Evan is going to be in his castle. Host and I will handle it. He's going to be OK. Thanks for caring.
