so last night i was playing xbox talking to my boyfriend and my friend and my negative alter switched and just started making it seem like i was lying about my D.I.D and i couldn't do Anything about it and now my boyfriend broke up with me and i'm just really on edge and the entire time my negative alter is just basically laughing and saying how worthless i am and i just want it to stop please help

I'm so very sorry to hear that.
Are you able to have a conversation with that alter? If you can, I would ask them why they did that. Maybe they were possibly trying to protect you...in some way? Maybe an outdated form that worked years ago....but not relevant nowadays. A lot of times...I found out...that the ones who act out....are usually deeply hurting theirself.

Oh no!
I hope that maybe you can like explain things to the bf and try and fix things. You so need to get communication going with that other one though and try and prevent that kinda thing from happening as best you can.
Maybe find out what the reason (there almost always is some reason, right?) was for it... Maybe it's something you can address or help resolve to avoid it happening in the future..
