Today I love being multiple.
With the decision to start a new hobby and buying an aquarium it seems that we found something for almost everyone and it is lovely to see how some of us suddenly start to communicate without the struggle, we had in the past month (and years).
There is the voice of excitement of the littles and our submarine-creature and fae identifying teens, which gives us the drive to do this project, there is Alea's carefully voice, which prevents us from buying something we are not able to afford or maintain, there is the voice of Rhea's and her sister's expertise, because we did own an aquarium in the time when they were active, and we have my focus and designing experience.
Even the ones who are not involved as directly as the bunch I mentioned, react positively, because of the excitement and drive.

There were still moments of feeling down and dissociated in the last few days, but it was a remarkable change in dynamics. I hope that we manage to stay on this track for a while even after the first excitement will be gone.

This is kind of "old news" but Hiro is pretty much than okay with my girlfriend now. He even had a couple of dates with her! And now I know he's awkward behind that "bad boy" vibes. I'm not sure if he was ever here in the forum, but, I hope he comes around, he's a little rascal but is adorable.

we have had constant aching pain, stiffness, and limited mobility in left shoulder blade and neck from a car accident 15 years ago.

yesterday, after some really intense and focused stretching and fascia work something in that area "popped". I am a joint cracker but this was different. it wasn't really a joint. anyway 20 minutes later I did pop my back and it was a really trippy one. and I'm like 99.44% sure that after 15 years, I am finally clicked back in there the way my soft tissues are supposed to be. I am pretty sore and stiff in the neck and trapezius but I think that's just from the change after 15 years of being pulled wrong.

I have spent thousands of dollars on bodywork for this area. and it has pained me for so long it was normal. to finally feel that relief. in this deep inaccessible underneath your shoulder blade place. its amazing.

I think it's also due to the strength training exercises I have been doing for PT focusing on that left side and strength in the core and back. all of it coming together. I also learned some new yoga moves to stretch and lengthen the spine and stimulate blood flow which I've been doing the last six weeks. I swear guys. there are so many good PT videos on you tube.

that night when I went to bed I could feel a whole rushing and tingling in that area. like I finally had the blood flow to get injured cell debris out of the area. I'm really excited to see how this feels once the soreness of realignment wears off. best birthday present everrrr.

Our cat is not well, and today she was crying a lot and it was difficult to calm her down. But then I noticed this pull from the inside to to the keyboard. I sat down in front of the instrument, a bit uncertain what do do, because I am not really good with it. But then felt softly being pushed to the side and Fae, our musician, started to play. It was so soft and beautiful that I had to cry a bit. And the cat calmed down and started to sleep. I also feel a lot calmer now myself.

I'm quite happy that I managed to stay present, and listen, and of course that we had someone inside who could help to calm down the cat and that no one did block him (Fae is very shy and usually as soon as he notices that he is being noticed, he is gone)

I opened up to 2 friends in the past week about being multiple. They both responded incredible, asking questions, making sure they don't misunderstand anything. Our female friend said to us as we went on the bus "I love you. I love all of you.". That was so sweet. From not knowing I am multiple people to "Oh yeah I remember during sports you were always a lot younger" and "I love all of you". Incredible. Grateful for the friends I have made!

So, something positive... before the "demon" drama BS from Friday night... had an odd incident with Pixie while in a place I hadn't been in for several years... a "night club" place I NEVER went to that I had fond memories of being at (her, most likely)... and a handwriting thing she does, a weird way to hold a pencil/pen... which stems from a peculiar 3rd grade thing... I suddenly, when thinking on all that, had that breakthrough. This NON-TRAUMATIC memory stuff began to come to me, from stuff Pixie knows and lived, and easily... as if remembering myself.

We're closer than we've ever been- clearly. So "positive" - we're making progress! :D
