whatever you do, I would not feel guilty for it. He made his choices.
It is not your obligation to care for him if you don't want to. If you do help, it can be your call how and how much. Not theirs. So sorry this has come into your life.

As your family may unhealthy boundaries in it, what he expects of course may be not what actually should be expected from you.
