Anyone?

This happened the other night. Reading the inner world post reminded me. It's difficult to describe but I'll try.

1. I was asleep and dreaming. 2. I was awake, aware of the room. 3. My eyes, literally my eyes, we're seeing somewhere else and walking around, I was actually there.

I was aware of all three awarenesses but not actually having any of them, I was watching over all three.

Then my phone vibrated and it was gone. I was brought back into the room. Dream gone. Visually seeing somewhere else gone. Eyes open fully in the room and awake.

Was the weirdest thing ever. I've been awake and asleep before but never to my knowledge also actually seeing somewhere else with my eyes.

Usually my phone is always on silent so I don't know for sure this hasn't happened before because I could of easily completely gone off, possibly to three separate awarenesses or fully to sleep, I don't know. But I have not been aware of this ever happening before.

Yes was really trippy. When my phone started to vibrate I didn't want to come out of it. Dreaming, knowing your in bed and also seeing a completely different place with your eyes is amazing but of course the vibration of the phone brought me back into the room. I don't think I could make it happen at will.

I've had awake and dreaming awareness a few times. I've had out of body but still also in body awareness at the same time but not the seeing somewhere with my eyes. Like I was looking with my eyes at a completely different place. Was so weird. Like I said I don't think it's possible to make it happen.
