Overwhelmed

It's actually really strange having multiple different alters and having two different relationship with morning with each one and having to manage all of that... Well dealing with hospice and a mother who is having a nervous breakdown....


I'm experiencing a lot of anger fear grief loss.... Are the same time feeling the opposite I guess.

I'm just trying to keep my head above water during such a trying time
