Welcome! Glad you all are here. You might consider if getting a job would be a step toward getting away from your unsafe situation. A step toward getting a safer environment for everyone. Recently...should explain we are becoming co-conscious & fusing more lately....we had a lot going on inside. Many alters all being independent!!! Decided to try something novel. Just said: we are going out in public & if you don't want to be embarrassed or get in trouble, you all will have to get your acts together. We went to the grocery store. Almost everyone got on the same page of finding their favorites. We did knock over one display!! A fellow shopper helped pick up small cereal boxes & said the display shouldn't have narrowed the aisle. ha, ha No harm done! We came home with cookies, ice cream, mashed potatoes & toilet bowl cleaner! But for awhile we got more cooperative. Whatever works! Welcome.

That's a good point, Delilah! I don't mind working with Snaga, but the idea of disappearing is not a nice thought. And yes whoever in your system posted before that, yeah. A lot of resentment. But it's not Snaga's fault. Like them, I've accepted I'll never have what I can't. And while I scared the host at first, they never wanted me gone. Although he used to be more controlling than now, wouldn't let me talk to people here. Erase what I said. We still fight over that but not like we used to. Also we've found places where I can be me and not worry about big bad moderator looking over my shoulder every time I open my mouth. Don't ever be a alt to a mod, it sucks, ha.

And NO Snags, I'm not questioning mod decisions. That doesn't mean I have to like them tho. Yes yes I'll be a good girl.

That was Britney who posted about Kitten trying to lock her in and wanting her to leave. They have gotten much better at cooperating with each other, which has made my job much easier. And it is good that you have found places where you can be you, and host can be host, etc. We have also found such places and such friends.

It's funny actually, Kitten was talking about Lilly (our 5.5 year old little part) and one friend said, "Wait, who's Lilly?" and his wife, very casually and non-judgmentally said, "Oh that's her alt, honey, she's a little." We were quite impressed, and it was just accepted. Apparently this friend had a very close friend with DID, so recognized the way we were talking about Lilly and understood what it/she was. It was quite refreshing, so we were able to then tell them about the rest.

It's nice to be one's self.
