Ancient Beliefs?

Postby Sarandipity » Sun Jun 24, 2018 8:01 pm

Read something a long time ago about how some tribes would believe it possible for more than one soul to live in one body and they were comfortable and accepting of those souls to sometimes also be the opposite gender to the body.

It was seen as a very spiritual state not negative or a psychological problem.

Wondered if anyone here read about this and how you feel about it as a possibility?

Thinking back on the harsch enviroments people used to live in during older times (bronzeage, stoneage and so forth) then it must have been quite common with DID. And they were more social back then too, all of them living in the same cave, tent or house. Depending on eachother for survival.
So, its a lot more plausible that they were aware of it and accepted it as it was, rater than that they didnt...
