TW what to do with violent angry alt?

Postby WeAreOne420 » Wed May 30, 2018 11:23 pm

Some of my alts. Seem to be triggered by certain hormones. Espically during that time of the month.

Its very confusing because they usually only pop up during these times and seemingly out of no where. The feelings are super strong and emotions are super strong and it feels GOOD to express what I usually repress. But I get crazy disrespectful and curse and I get confused and switchy....its horrible. I rarely do this but it does happen.

I try to calm it dow. But I just rev back on up.
When youre dealing with vengeful angry alts...what do you do....how they feel is scary... I try not to feed i to it.

Oh btw im feeling like I'm dealing with alts. That deal with the loopy that's inside but doesng know wtf is going on or how to deal with it.

But theyre learning.

We have several very vengeful alters as well. I remember when we were about to take an examination, Bryan was very angry, triggering the anger of Bitting Doggie. Bitting Doggie wanted to come out and fight random students in campus. Angel forced Bitting Doggie to calm down so we can attempt the examination on that day. We had a severe headache and started to feel dizzy with weak limbs. We rested a bit and took the exam.

We figured out the problem originates from Bryan disliking CityU and Bitting Doggie has been filled with anger in the past years since we kept suppressing our emotions. Several weeks later, we first let Bitting Doggie out, ask him what he wants and try to talk to him. He was still very angry but eventually after shouting and hitting the bed for a couple of times, he eventually calmed himself down. It is mostly a problem when you ignore the other alters and not letting them release their anger causing them to be vengeful.

We handled Bryan’s situation with much more difficulties. He was extremely depressed back then. He didn’t want to eat and has been napping when he fronts. It seriously take time to let him rest while he fronts or else his depressive emotions influence the other alters at the same time when it is too severe. He became much less depressed after resting for a month or so and changed the host to Jason. Here we are and very quiet in the inside.

Is it possible that you had something traumatic event occur during your time of month and because the body is experiencing the same flood of hormones the alters feel the need to respond?

One thing that helped one of my alters who was very angry was to throw malleable clay balls at the wall (putty would also work or that viscous goop that is sold for children and kind of looks like slime). It allowed him to release anger in a manner that did not harm anyone or anything.

Are these alters you can communicate with? Like BeccaBee said, listening is key. There's almost certainly a reason they're reacting at the time they're reacting.

Three known alters remain.
