Is it even possible to have some of them tay inactive or sleep for a while?
There's. Moment when I get up where its only me up or a few others and its manageable . Then everyone starts waking up and it get overwhelming.

I don't think it's possible. Or even fair, so it wouldn't work on the long run. But I understand you need a beak from it. It's not fair for you now. Do you have any gatekeeper parts? Maybe they could help. Or can you negotiate with all or even some of them about everyone having their own time, if they co-operate?
I'm lucky not to have full chaos in my head too often. And usually there's a reason for it, something triggering many of them out at the same time. Like when we tried to read Harry Potter. There were so many tweens climbing on top of each other trying to hear or read it, that no-one could and we just can't do that. But it's not an everyday thing. Not like a true problem, not been able to read a certain book.
I hope I could help more, but I really don't have any other tips than those usual ones. Are they upset somehow, or is it just too many trying to do their own stuff at the same time? Are they trying to front or is it you overhearing they conversations inside?
