Thanks:) Did some more big discoveries. Very big. I'm starting to recognize now that this panicing/hyper arousal/being overwhelmed seems to happen when some parts are figuring out big stuff. @Birdsong87 was absolutely right yet again; it almost feels like a switch, not like an alter, that does the confusing. Everything gets tossed around and the one fronting can't deal with it. Stronger ones stay inside on those moments. Frustrating. But maybe the stronger ones were fixing things inside, because the discoveries truelly are big and they all DRRRRRRRT came into my mind today and the teams in the other language (English (the actual horrific stuff happend in England in the first ten years of my life, but I live in another country); also frustrating because the parts on this website aren't good at English!!:)) even started emailing my T.

We are back on track now, we got through, I think, the biggest 'mess' so far.
