'Tis Nothing of Consequence

Postby diamond-dani » Thu Jul 12, 2007 7:43 pm

The wind blows softly today, as though wishing to gently kiss the grass. After the rains, the grass has turned green. Unfortunately this means that the weeds in the garden have also exploded in all their glory. Saturday will be spent weeding the garden.

Tomorrow is Friday the 13th. I have never held to a belief in luck, so it is of no consequence to me. It is the eve before Tina's youngest daughters birthday. Since she will not be present on her birthday (she will be with her father this year) we will be having dinner out.

It's the age old question of "who am I?"

ive yet ot let superstitions get the best of me. theres a slight worry of what could happen here and there, but honestly i worry about everyday life and what the news brings more than little non related things.

kinda like, im more worried about the stance russia has taken on USA as far as the defense systems go, and how that might end in the long run. as oppose to if i were to walk under a ladder, or if a day is the end of the week and the 13th at the same time.

best thing to do is kick back and relax :D and it sounds like you need it too, research is bleh!

^_^;; Belle, do you always speak in such a poetic fashion?

Friday the 13th is the dumbest superstition ever cuz it was spawned from some knights of templar getting betrayed or some dumb crap. That's it. How it turned into the jibberish it is today, I have no idea.

Mr Bates:

No, but I do think that way, and I do tend to write in that way. One of the ways that my DH can recognize me is that I do not like to use nicknames. I call Jenny - Jennifer, Jeremy - Jeremiah... etc.

How does your alter speak? I believe yousaid that he is an older gentleman. Does he speak differently? Does he process thoughts differently? Is that a part of his distinctness?

I simply love to write.

We do like your eloquent style, Belle!

I bet your clients love your style - keep it up, because the web needs your intelligence to counter-attack all the riff-raff out there! :D

I've always counted Friday 13th as good luck for me - but that's just my randomness.

Oooh I want to see ratatouille! it looks so awesome! Have fun lAlA and Wendy, ok!

-- So what then is this I?
Right now, as you read this, does it amount to anything more than a collection of thoughts and memories which are just transitory, and come and go in the mind like clouds in the sky? --

I write the copy for the websites we develop. Our clients tend to appreciate my style of writing. They feel it is clear and good for marketing; that it draws their potential clients in. I simply love to write.

Oh yes, D is several billion years old, and aside from the occasional cursing, he's fairly proper spoken. Also tends to use full names.

I believe it stands for Darling Husband. I know it means husband, but I was never clear on what the D stood for. DD would be darling daughter, DS would be darling son... etc.
