What does the shake say, it is a memory a reminder? i guess you need to know the patterns of your system how does it communicate does it commentate is highly symbolic to follow along.

I shake when I’m switching. Anything from an internal tremor to a full blown psychogenic seizure with back arching head rocking and shoulders shaking. It’s very distressing. I also scream and laugh hysterically in a very creepy manner. My alters crazy and likes scaring me and others around me.

Same here. Its either shaking and blood sugar dropping, feeling like I might pass out or strong pressure in head, like im in the elevator, and strong heartbeat after that.Sometimes I dont even notice when I switch or I wake up as my alter. But everytime I switch I maniacally laugh and crack my neck or snarl if Im angered. My alter also loves scaring my friends and rude backtalk.
