Thanks for your answers, well i am not sure about the difference between tulpas and alters either. i know tulpas is something singletons are able to create with a lot of work, while alters are created differently.
-But nice it isnt a true alter atleast.
Say thankyou to Rebecca too, always nice to have such a good and knowledgeable helper.

Have you tried to contact them? I think it would be good to find out if they are real and what they are, if they maybe are alters or fragments in need of healing.

I guess you missed the part where I sad they are hostile? I guess we could try to communicate with them, but I don’t trust them.
I have ADHD. Possibly have another mental disorder but am not certain.

No, i didnt miss that part, it was obvious. But even bad ones needs to be contacted and get into the healing. But it is something that has to be done without forgetting "safety first" ofcourse, it can be dangerous.
Thrust is something they have to earn, and that can take several years.

This seems to be the final level of death..
They had several dead alters already, murdered during a bloody slaughter. the description i got was that the dead are indeed "numb and disconnected, floating around for themselves deep in the black void".

Seems like the dead even can be hosts: https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/ma ... iving-dead
