I had a DID crisis last year where all my parts introduced themselves..But i had no idea what I was going threw so me and previous T just believed it was Pure OCD,Anxiety, and bipolar.
Well...that time in my life was hell. I slowly got out but now as I'm working to recover (on my own) I walked threw a red door and basically...me from that time popped back up along with a little (maybe 2) and I'm experiencing the PTSD symptoms pretty badly.
My alters that I have already have a relationship with are a little irritated with me for opening this chapter in our life...I didnt realize what I was doing. I never do.
But we are working together to fix this.
Well now I'm dealing with PTSD and OCD and all of these fears I no longer have coming back at me. Its very scary to feellike youre slipping back into something youve worked a year to get out of.
What should I do with these alters ?they have issues that need tobe faced but in order to do that I have to be in their head...which is full of fear and panic. Im not so sure how to navigate this

write down the map and talk about what is going on. I think the best way to manage is the open up the pot find ways to escape and ways to heal those reexperiencing etc. Find a way to say hello speak to someone in customer service to take the edge off the fear and panic. Practice the panic aspects of things with grounding then give it a try. Ask you therapist as well.
