our T (and others) have said, repeatedly, "things will get worse before they get better" (thanks, thanks a bunch.). As a result we have been switching more and more frequently, no thanks to our three newest Alters, the third (and most recent one) being apparently amnesiac. We see no solution to this.

What a good question! No, I haven't. I've been safe, even though I'm scared when I drive on the freeway.

I'm learning to let the older ones drive, and the teenagers are willing to watch the littles while I'm driving.

You guys are really helping me to understand and work with my alters.

I was just reminded that I "came to" on a freeway once and was lost. I didn't know where I was and had to watch for the freeway signs to find out where I was and figure out how to get back home. That was scary.

To respond just to the subject line, we switch often, apparently way more often than we're aware of. But this is usual for us, it's how we have always functioned, I guess.

I would love to actually read all the replies and then reply and offer intelligent advice plus my perspective but at the momenet I am tripping too much- and the pot has worn off

I will hopefully remember some time in the near future (I think before 2019- but I also said I would quite pot before 2018 so who knows)

Cheers and keep tripping
