i need help

umm yeah this is scary stuff... i heard a little girl say "help me somebody please help me" then i suddenly felt scared and i started to shake.....but it went away how should i deal with this?

okay i jujst found out one of my alters is a girl named jenny shes 12 and she's nice :D
and apparently shes the one who coloured my hair orange with a little bit of brown :lol: :roll:
well uhh im glad i got that over with....

You may want to find an experienced therapist who can help you and provide some support. Also, if you read a lot of past posts on this forum, you will learn a lot about how different people deal with these sorts of occurrences.
