I'm sorry your dealing with this gunk also. On top of all this...marriage is in despair and moving in February and really hasn't left the house unless work event or Dr appt....I don't work. His work. Our business.....just so ready to crawl under a rock. Too much going on!,

we too empathize with the sentiment you express. we have periods in which we feel very overwhelmed and just want an escape. It is at those times when self-care is paramount; for us that often means a bubble bath with a favourite book.
