introducing ourselves

we just feel like we need to introduce ourselves. at least, this is who we know so far. if this is not okay, please delete it.

Holly - Female. 29 years old. Out in front the most. I guess this is the Host part? Sorry, we don't know the proper names for everything

Little- 3 years old (feels abandoned, ignored, really sad and alone, just wants a mommy to hold and hug her)

4 year old - holds trauma memories

Kristy - 8 years old. We don't really know what she's about yet. She did tell our therapist that she wants help.

11 year old - holds trauma memories

22 year old - holds trauma memories

Bad Man - is mean to Adult Holly, tells Adult Holly to hurt herself and that she is bad and made up everything

Ouch and Yucky - they are male. they hold the body memories.

Unknown Part - ...still trying to figure this one out.
