Happy Father's Day

Postby Mr. Bates » Mon Jun 18, 2007 2:22 am

Hope everyone had a good time with their papas, I know I did. Went fishing and hung out and ate dinner. Lotsa fun! :o

Yeah Mike's dad is the ######6 coolest. He's sucha great guy, unlike the bitch. - Frank

Definitely a great man, and a fun person to hang out with. And Mike Sr. practically does the job of protecting Michael (did you seriously just call me Michael? -Mike) from his past, so its like we have an outside helper. Plus he's supported Mike's ("better?" "much better") multplicity since the beginning. So if we ever felt the need to confess being DID to anyone (besides Charlie), he'd be the first to know. - D

thats nice!
I had a good time with my dad and my sisters.
My Grandpa and my Mom and brother were big grumps though and kind of put a damper on the whole day. JUst because they were not the center of attention. It was really annoying.
But we played games like red light green light and mother may I. then we watched Borat. and My Mom made a really fantastic dinner.
So all in all it was a pretty good day.

Ha ha ha, Borat was such a great movie. Though I feel for your dad, cuz watching certain scenes in that movie with a room full of girls (especially if they're YOUR girls, as I can only imagine) is VERY awkward. Cuz I watched part of it (after have already seeing it 3 times before that) with my girlfriend and a room full of her friends and its like "I'm on a tiny boat in the sea of estrogen, and there are penises on the screen..."

We intended to spend the day with our dad, but woke up with food poisoning. :( We'd gone to dinner (THE dinner that caused THE food poisoning) with him the night before. So despite what came from that dinner, we did get to spend some time with him before high-tailing it home from their beach house to hide in bed for several hours waiting for death.

Death of the self in a long, tearless night,
All natural shapes blazing unnatural light.

Dark, dark my light, and darker my desire.
My soul, like some heat-maddened summer fly,
Keeps buzzing at the sill. Which I is I?"

yuck I hate food posioning!

What made it more awkward is that my dad is "slightly" (i say that to be nice) homophobic and he kept saying that was the sickest thing I had ever seen...
and my sister just told him that she is a lesbian...
It was a little strange... but kind of funny... at least between the sisters...

I had tears rolling down my cheaks from laughing so hard when they got into the fight in the hotel. The whole scene was so ######6 hysterical! Though my most favorite scene had to be the bear scaring the kids. So ######6 brilliant!

hahaha Our dad's homophobic too, but in a weird way. He's not weird about gay men, only lesbians. And we happen to be lesbian (or any of us old enough to have a sexuality, I guess, at any rate). So if we have on rainbow anything he stares at it like it's going to come alive and attack him... Death By Rainbow.

Ummm, doesn't care about gay men cuz he has a daughter? And the idea of having a gay child is "embarrassing", plus, no grandkids for papa. Oh well :P
