Been away for too long..

Postby brockovich4321 » Sun Mar 05, 2017 6:55 am

Hi All, anyone still here? Anyone we know?

Feels like I've been away for ever. Probably no so.

Everything is still much the same except the ltitles have gone quite since cutting family off.

Mainly it's all us "hosts" (past & present) hanging out & getting $#%^ done. Life's been good! Never thought we'd say that!!!

It's only a matter of time before it all comes crashing down again (story of our life) but for now we are really enjoying FUNCTIONING and being reasonably emotionally stable. Can u believe it?

How r u all going?

Ps. Off to change sig to separate present parts & those on holidays (thanks OCD. Is structuring the system that important?)

Ppss. Anyone else notice the internal chatter is different depending on who's talking? Some say us, some say I, we, you, me etc. Each use different pronouns?

Hi that person.

We all do that all the time (I say we because there's too many to define who, we might not all do it, but most of us hosts do? I don't know)

No one ever picks up on it though.. Maybe they already know we are DID? Who knows.

Some of us pick upon it when other people say "we" instead of I.

alex doesn't do it so bad. I guess he's used to it?

No one is replying to my help thread. That sucks.

Hi brockovich!

Welcome back!! To tell you the truth, I had the same thought as birdsong re: your absence.

I'm glad to hear that it's going well so far! (:

Hi Birdsong & Shininglights!

Yay it's like reconnecting with old friends :D

Sorry to make you guys worry. I had a feeling I should probably pop in & update all.

I don't really remember much of what was shared last time we were here. Our last sig freaked me out a bit. I was obviously in very deep internally.. Maybe that's why we have spun the other way & are all external atm.. was probably very emotionally draining..

We did an internal check in last night while falling asleep to see who was still very present on the surface & who is away atm.

I believe we worked out it was me (Chatterbox Emma :D), Rowe, ISH Aisle, OB coming out. With Georgia & Chels pop out momentarily. I know TJ (internal prosercutor) is still hanging around, because I hear him mocking us sometimes. Aisle is really good with him talking him down.

Guess we are learning to live with this.. GUESS WHAT?! We got a job!!!! Only like 7hrs a fortnight but God it feels good to be doing something & earning pocket money. I'm trying really hard to get something more stable & more hours while I'm running the show ~ Emma

"The Family" has ###$ off which is awesome. I can't believe it tbh. It's like they've gone into hiding & want nothing to do with me. Littlest were hurt about that for a while but internal parenting is working well ~ Ro

I honestly thought they would kill us but it's quite the opposite. They are scared of us. Scared of what we remember. Head honcho has ordered mother not to contact because contact is triggering memories rather then reprogramming the hosts. ~ Em

Anyway, something stuffed up the training a long time ago.. I bet Geoff is either keeping it to himself out of fear of retribution or running scared. Six to be him ~ To

Glad you're back, glad that you distanced yourself from your family, and glad you got a job. A trifecta of success. :)
