I'm sorry you have this experience. Sounds like abuse to be perfectly honest. That is not ok, even if it comes from within. Sounds a bit like your T doesn't get it either. I agree in part that he is part of the whole, but you don't control his actions or you wouldn't be did.
For us we have a part who gets her energy from crisis. She doesn't seem to know how to take front unless she is self destructive and she craves the front therefore bad things happen. She doesn't even want to get better because mental illness is her identity. I (host) don't know what to do with her. Usually I let her take front when the rest of us are feeling strong so I know we can stop her before we end up in hospital.
I also restrict (food) so I get that.
