Has anyone had a experience in which one of your alters gets super grumpy and experience full on rage until the alter was satisfied? It seems to be happening more and more.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "full on rage." Do you feel comfortable being more specific?

To be as specific as possible. Sometimes when I don't switch to a personality for awhile. Usually the teenager, he just gets so mad at me that it comes out as anger. Sometimes he makes it hard to know what he wants.

have you ever tried asking him what's wrong? what does he want? we write notes to each other and it seems to help communication and everybody get along better. there is probably a reason why he is grumpy. you might be ignoring him! it sucks to be ignored when you feel awful, you know?
good luck, friend!

Just that teen angst. Having a teenage step son kinda been clueing me in to how he works but, he just gets so emotional!! I played Vanessa Carlton songs to him. He's better today I just can't have these outbursts when I'm with my fiancee. She's at her wit's end.
