Has anyone felt their alter touch them? *Trigger Warning*

Wondering if anyone has ever had touching sensations that might be intuitively from their alter. I tend to get touching sensations and wondering if anyone else has ever had these. Such as on the arm, shoulders, penis, etc.

No I haven't. Could they be body memories rather than alter interference? How do you feel when this happens? Do you know what triggers it?

Generally it is when I'm about to sleep. It seems to be random touches. I wasn't sure if it was the schizophrenia or possibly symptoms triggered by my split personalities.

well sometimes but unsure, it's more like extremely realistic inner world experiences not actually happening irl. i have psychosis so it's like...rlly easy to feel things that aren't real. what you're describing sounds more like body memories like what c said or possibly tactile hallucinations.

Girls commonly get trauma triggered by in and out. Gyn/oB visits any type of abortion rape etc....Body memories usual term come to mind.

Yes. There is some light stroking of neck, chest and arms during sleep. I half wake up and rub the area vigorously as if the irritation was from insects

yeah...not just girls. boys get traumatized too.
