Yea, it could be sensory motor at play here, or some memory surfacing. As always check with your medical doctor. I wouldn't want GP wearing out mental health, is why it is hard to disclose everybody is about hurting people like us, just to say yea I got a child or adult with her!

Hi Snuffthroostr,

I have experienced this as well. I'm pretty sure that—for me, at least—it's related to dissociation. I usually experience "changes" in lighting if I'm tired, spacey, etc. It feels almost like taking off sunglasses—it's only a little disorienting, but it's enough to make one blink.
DID/OSDD, cPTSD, ADHD
Hosts—18n INFJ (they/them)
Sven—rational, rejects affection ~16m ISTJ
