We're thinking of you and wish we could wave a magic wand for you, as well as for others of course. We're facing a health challenge too and for that I stay with my own personal mantra "it is what it is," which only helps towards acceptance. From knowing you on this forum, I've seen consistent bravery over the years, bravery that's inspired me.

GP thinks I have CTE.
Therapist thinks it's my trauma.

When I get my neck injections I do better and can walk more and stuff.

Daughter almost 17. Brother here now. He takes her on adventures.

I am only talk to my doctors now. or go to the woods when I am well. not safe at the gas station even. maybe I am nice. maybe I am mean. Just stay safe these days.

my therapist makes me tired but we make big process.

I get tattoos. Do I have dementia? Am I crazy? Does it matter?

I apply for disability and hope ♡
