Hi,

We feel like that too a lot of the time. It's like there's an Evil Force waiting for us to fail so it can tell us we're worthless. But the weird thing is if we don't fail the Evil Force isn't happy with us and that's bad too. It's kind of like HAVING to pick one pain or the other. It's not good to be wrong but it's not good to be right either. No safe places in that game.

We don't play that game anymore (except sometimes in our head)

Sounds like a good idea. You are what you eat is really true!

Well, we didn't actually make dinner. We opened up a can of Campbell's Chunky Sirloin Burger soup and heated and ate half of it. :?

To us, making a healthy dinner is preparing a grilled chicken salad. A total of 24 oz. of salad-in-a bag, plus a few extra ingredients, lasts for three dinners. Allegra laid out everything except the ingredients to make it easier for us to work together. But we didn't have the energy or the interest.

Thanks for the support.

Yes. We have a lot of Catch-22s in our thought process. That is, I have them.

Thank you for being so insightful and supportive, Iain.

*Trigger Warning*

We are not doing well at the moment. Safe, but having dark thoughts. Falling into what Charity calls "The Pit." She wants to jump into it, and the rest of us are pulling in the other direction. She doesn't want to post, but she's been outvoted. While she wallows in self-hatred and hatred of the world around her, we struggle between fighting back and letting her clean up her own mess.

*End Trigger Warning*

MDs,

Hope it works out. We've jumped in our pit a few times. Didn't help anything.

Stay safe.

TW maybe ---

I used to be like Charity. I wanted to drown in the pain. It was like a big F*ck You to the guy that hurt us. There was so much pain and the only thing I could do - the only thing that kept me human - was saying "Bring it on assh*le!!"

It's going to be OK Charity. Just breathe.

Thank you, Colin. I don't swear. We have plenty of others who take care of that.

I feel like I'm filled with 54 years of raw sewage. :(

Yeah I know that feeling. Just don't drown in it ok? You're too important for that.

Stay safe,

Hi Charity,

Hey. :| You are not alone. We are here. You matter. Open up those sewage, and let them run with clean water. We care for you.

How about if you take it just one minute at a time? One hour at time.

Listen to Colin, the pit didn't help anyone.

I don't know what the right thing to say is. I believe people is free to take their decision. I just wish we can help them in the most trying times.

Thank you, Sea. We called our brother (the one who lives four hours away from us), and it helped a little to talk to him. But still, there's so much going on....work stress, difficult therapy, a really bad headcold....and we're having a biopsy tomorrow morning. And there's been a heat wave for at least a week.

We appreciate the support from people here, including you.
