Thank you, Sea and Team BeccaBee. There's so much going on with a number of us. I'm just glad we have our appointment tonight. And the one on Friday. I'm trying not to expect too much too soon.

Yeah, at 5:30. We have to drive in rush hour. :?

Our neighbor put in our AC today. Not a moment too soon. It got up to 87F/30C. Ugh. We get very cranky if it's more than 75F/24C.

I did the talking to our T the other day. During most appointments I shut up and let Charity talk about her stuff, but I figured I was due for a turn. Some of our issues overlap. I am not amused by that fact.

Rachel has her bileous rumbling down to a dull roar, but it's still everpresent. None of us need that sh*t. The next member of our headspace that says that I'm the problem is gonna get b*tch-slapped.

Thanks for the encouragement, Sea.

Thanks, everyone. Friday and Saturday were okay (we think :? ). Today was not.

**Trigger Warning**

We are feeling very untrusting right now, even of each other. It's hard to let go of a childhood belief that Some Evil Force Is Watching Us And Waiting For Us To Show How Worthless We Are So That It Can Laugh At Our Misery.

It's been with us all our life; why should it go away now?

oh. I feel for you. We have that same evil force only it doesn't laugh at our misery. It waits until something good is happening or we are having fun and it trips us. ON PURPOSE!

I hope things are getting better for you - two good days sound like they were good. Keep hanging in there. No one is worthless. especially someone with lots of one's :) !

Thank you, SamsLand, for validating how we feel. We're sorry that you also feel this way at times.

Our goal is to make dinner. We need to be more mindful and consistent with healthy eating.

Sounds like a good idea. You are what you eat is really true!

And straight forward goals (notice I didn't say simple) helps to get through tough times and long days. My goal is to make dinner. Yes, i did that! Lately, when I say something big like "my goal is to eat better" I may as well roll that one off the cliff. I like that you said mindful. Hmm. I really like that. no pressure but still an awareness and commitment.
