*Trigger warning* What's a great way of dealing with alts?

So right now, I've really got sick of my alts. As in the ones stuck in the back of my head. And I need a solution that doesn't involve me taking a trip to Baikonur, because I went down that road. And it wasn't very nice.
Now I need a way of dealing with them because I think some are plotting against me. A revolution of sorts. See I'm paranoid. So would you kindly help me figure out a way of dealing with them.

What would happen if you talked to them? Asked them what they need and want?

Communication is key in getting a system to work together. Maybe you could try talking to them?

Hi! Communication is essential in a system. I think you should ask them what they want, what they need and how you can achieve their goals, unless they have bad intentions, which I doubt because a system is usually built to protect the core.

Talk? Like I told Ana. It won't work. They will probably drown me if I try to talk to them. Only a handful are sane ever since ADAM got into the city.

Like before, talking isn't possible. There's too many and too little sane ones.

I've tried but they're split in two ways. They're either A against me in the civil war or B have barricaded themselves away from the war.
