Another alter or a joke?

One of my alters, Nathan, keeps calling a name (Wesley). When he calls this name I feel a physical sensation, tge same thing I feel when I'm about to switch.

Is this another alter Nathan is trying to bring to surface or is he just joking around?

Sounds like it could be a new alter. Have you asked Nathan about it?
I have ADHD. Possibly have another mental disorder but am not certain.
