Just Checking In

Postby Mr. Bates » Sat Nov 04, 2006 6:41 am

I figured I haven't done a new thread on anything in a while, so I'd just throw this up. Whats new? Hmmm.... nada. Haven't had a flashback in God know's how long. I'm bitching now, but the moment one pops up, I'll be wishing it didn't. :D . Lets see, what else? D and Frank are doing fine. Took a load of stress from school off, so now they're talking again (went quiet for a while). Eating popcorn cuz for whatever reason, Frank just seriously wanted popcorn. I guess I'm enjoying it, its giving a nice nostalgic feeling, cuz I haven't enjoyed a bag of popcorn in a good long while. Eating popcorn, watching Bruce Lee movies, yep, haven't done this in a while. Remember when I was ranting on the "DID In Entertainment" thread about a made-for-tv movie series called MPD Psycho and how I only got to see volume 1 cuz Suckbuster does just that? Well, guess what? The movie store at the mall had the complete series for only $26! I know, totally awesome, I watched volume 2 tonight. And now I'm taking a break by watching The Chinese Connection, cuz I think my head would explode if I took in anymore of that deranged show. I'll be sure to give the full review on the above mentioned thread once I see the ending. I think thats basically it for me. D? Frank? Anything you wanna add?

Ummm... not really, Frank?

Nah, I got my popcorn and kung-fu movie, I'm happy.

There you go. :o

YAY! Popcorn and martial arts movies!

Have fun, you guys!
-- So what then is this I?
Right now, as you read this, does it amount to anything more than a collection of thoughts and memories which are just transitory, and come and go in the mind like clouds in the sky? --

Glad you haven't had flashbacks in ages; awesome :)
And also glad D and Frank are talking again..!!! Not that I can know if you feel that way as well, but I always hate it when the inside-volume turns down, it's not normal and so.. yugh  ..

Enjoy the popcorn and kung-fu movies; all of you :)

Which Disney-movies do you have then, Littles of Amber? Just curious. And is there any upcoming fighting-movies-night scheduled, Mike? Just make sure to keep the relaxation coming ;-)

I like to watch anime and movies like Donnie Darko, The Butterfly Effect, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter, but I know there are loads of littles here who love watching Disney movies, and there's one who really loves Winnie the Poeh, and one who loves the Power Puff Girls. Some also like some shows at Nickelodeon and things with Donald Duck. One little has Peter Pan as a favorite, another has The Lion King as favorite, and there's also one who loves the Little Mermaid; which you have at home then! :)
Maybe you can get some Disney movies from your moms' or get some at home? Only if your bigs have enough money though. And you can always rent Disney-movies.. Enjoy yourselves!
