T the host wants t to scream. He t thinks he's g going insane a and needs hospit talization. He d doesn't w want us accept us! H he is not insane
He has a fragmented s soul. W we d don't ww want to hurt him.
He thinks he's n mm making us upp but we ARE REAL!!! WE REVEALED O OURSSSS SELVES!

I know that you are real, everyone who has seen your post knows that you are real.
Your host is panicking because he is confused, he doesn't understand and wants to be "normal" again (but then again what is normal?).
Do know that none of you is crazy or insane, we all went through the same panic and denial he feels.
It will take time for him to calm down and face reality.
It's hard to accept that "I" is actually "we", so please be patient with him and don't take his words personally.
Fighting him won't help in this state, in his panic he will ignore anything you say and fuel his believe that he is crazy.
Try to give him his control and let him think about his situation, it will do no good to force him down now since it makes him panic more (he is used to being in control not being in control is terifieng now).

Is it a bad thing to let him talk to this person or will this person be able to calm him down?

Hi Nathan and Jonathan. While it's great that you revealed yourselves, unfortunately, that's usually not enough to make the host believe. I remember when I first revealed myself to Viola, she freaked out and refused to acknowledge me. Most hosts go through this denial and it can take a very long time for them to come to terms with what has happened. To your host, Nathan and Jonathan mean no harm. They want to help you but you have to be open to that relationship. Like Jonathan said, they are a part of you and represent you at different times of your life. If you're scared they will be there forever, that's not true. They can integrate, where the alters and host become one whole unit again but that would be up to you. Just don't shun them. It will make things worse if you push them away because they'll feel the need to front more. Take it from an alter who's been treated this way: it's not easy at first but it can get better.

I agree with what Viola said.
At first, I was in a deep/huge(?) denial about what was "wrong" with me.
My brain/conscious just couldn't accept the fact that there's more than one person in here.
Even to this day, I still find it hard to believe on occasion, though I think that's my way of coping.
It's especially hard being an alter myself and still be the host, since while I was created and Felicia (the one who was "physically born" and thus the original) almost never comes forth, it's sometimes easier to think that there's only "me" even though there isn't.

If you want my opinion, I think your Host just needs more time to come to grips about you guys being there.
He has "known/felt" something for a while, yes? But he hasn't been certain about what it was.
He now knows you're there, but he's still in a semi-denial about it, most likely.
He needs more time to cope, I think.

Well, it seems that Jonathan thinks you don't accept them being there.
And that you were scared/thinking you were going insane.

And regarding that, trust me, you're not going crazy even if it sometimes feels that way .
