That sounds right. He's testing the waters and letting loose for a moment to test if he can trust you. Once again, this is a slow process but it can be a positive one though. It's not about whether you're real or not. It's about building a connection with your host. Calm down. No one is saying you are fake.

Hello. I do have to say that it will take a while for your host to come to terms with you being a part of him. It took Viola forever to do that and actually locked us away for a few years. Of course she doesn't remember doing that but Cynthia was very prominent in her middle school years, when she was being bullied. As for me, I was created because the host lacks confidence and I give it to her. I guess you could say I'm the confident aspect of her personality. As for no one being able to trust you, what do you mean by that?

I remember the host saying that alters can be in denial and, I'm sorry to say this, but you seem to be in denial about the three of you being one person fragmented into pieces. Don't you think you should rethink your outlook on this matter?

I suppose. Even I wish it wasn't so that I'm tied to the host, who has no backbone and lets everyone walk over her and agrees with everything everyone says. It's very frustrating actually. I wish I was my own person and that I didn't have to live in a female body but I'm forced to against my will. The more I think about, the angrier I get because it's not fair.

Well, I think saying the host has no backbone is a bit harsh. True, she should stand up for herself more but you make it seem like she can't do it at all.

That's because she can't. I doubt that she could ever stand up for herself if it wasn't for me. I'm the one that gives her strength but she takes credit for everything. Sorry for arguing in front of you all again but I would like to be able to give my opinion without being shot down by someone else.
