I saw some others making fun about your tics in another treat, those were the posts I meant.
Violarules is right the tics can be linked to anxiety, it happens to some of us too (social anxiety).
Do you have somebody you can trust or a T they could give you the confort and the help you need.

Well, he just found out about you and Nathan, he is just shocked, it's nothing personal.
I understand that you and Nathan want to get out especially after hiding this long but your host needs time to adjust to both of you and the ones that may be hiding within you.
Could you and Nathan please give him his control for a while so he can let all this news sink in and can start learning to cope with all of you?

Oh wow. Is there anything you can do to try and calm him down? I don't want him to hurt himself. That would be bad.
I have ADHD. Possibly have another mental disorder but am not certain.

Oh...well if he tries to hurt himself it's indeed good to hold him back...God I am useless in these kind of situations I wish I could help and confort him but I'm not there...Geez...
