I'm throwing a party, let's have fun

Postby firelamb67 » Wed Aug 27, 2014 5:30 pm

I thought it would be fun if we could have a party.

Everyone is invited! We're starting in a huge blank space. I am bring a pcnic table and a huge cake. Let's fill in the rest of the space to make it fun. You can bring anything you want except alcoholic beverages. What can you bring to the party?

Yay! count me in! I'm hanging up a big blank canvas between two trees, and spray bottles filled with colored water to "paint." I'm also bringing a troupe of Arabic folk dancers and some hand drums.

If I can join the party, I can bring a bowl of strawberries, a huge watermelon and orange juice.

You can have my lollopop? I want picnic!

That's ok, Christy, I don't think they want your lollipop. It's covered in drool, anyways...

I can bring some steaks, if someone else cooks it..

You mean "if someone else do the barbeque"

.... same thing

Let's keep it going. Looking forward to the spray painting and steaks. Need someone to bring a grill I wonder what kind.

Don't forget the kids!

This party seems like fun :) I can bring some food: Mac n cheese, potato salad and juice drinks.

I can bring some chairs. Let's add in a lake so there's a swimming area.

I can cook the steak. I can bring the grill and a cooler for the cold drinks.

I can bring a stereo set up for the music.

I can bring toys for the sand area around the lake to build sandcastles.

I can bring stuffies for other kids to play with.

I can bring towels, in case people would like a swim in the lake.

I can take with... anything required?

Oooh! I know! I can bring my rubber ducks and the floating clown!

Wouldn't it be better to take the rubber boat instead of the clown?

But I want the clown...

Fine, fine. How about both of them, then?

Yaaay! :D

Awesome. I know everyone is going to be tgirsty si I am going to build a huge bar with three bartenders to make any kind of drink you can ever imagine. Need help with the supplies though! We have some sodas coming, that will be useful too in case someone wants a purple cow. (Again no alcohol). The coolers will help keep things cold.

Thank you Nondescript, Tachishi and Christy, Violarules and Cynthia, Jeremy, Sasha, William, and Keith. You've all brought wonderful things. Allow me to flesh out the rest.

The sky is a deep blue with a few white fluffy clouds in the shape of puppies and kittens. They love to play with each other. Sometimes they fall down and make noise that sounds like thunder, but we know it's not. The sun is shining and warm.

Our lake is a special lake. It's divided in half. One half for swimmers and one half for fishers. Our lake is full of cartoon fish and fresh water dolphins who like to sing, talk and play with people. They also like to give rides.

The divider keeps the people from gettting into the fishing area because if a person gets caught, they turn into a cartoon! We can't have that.

The cartoon fish love to be caught by people. The best way to catch them is using candy tied to a string. They LOVE candy. When you catch one they are so happy, they'll hug you. They love to be caught by people and they will immediately fall in love with you and want to go home with you. Here are some pictures of the kind of cartoon fish you might catch:

http://www.google.com/search?q=cartoon+ ... 00&dpr=1.5

There's pretty green grass as far as the eye can see. A lot of picnic tables and a whole lot of people grilling all kinds of meet. Roasted veggies for the vegitarians. My favorite is the roasted ears of corn.

There's a man with a huge funny mustache and a hat making cotton candy in the color of a rainbow. Each color has a different flavor, kind of like skittles.

There's a huge extreme castle bounce house, big enough for anyone to go and have fun.

There's a huge slip and slide that dumps you in the lake at the end, great fun!

There's a huge trampoline that let's you jump as high as you want. You don't have to worry about falling off, because if you do, you land on a super soft cushion and can never be hurt.

There's a pavillion for karaoke, for those who love to sing.

Una+ will give a Ted talk on DID with a short question and answer session afterwards. It is limited to 1 hour because she wants to swim with the cartoon fish and dolphins. LOL

There's a dunk tank that is computerized so you can put whoever you want on the board and whatever you want in the water. Immagintion on this one is limitless. I know who i'd put in there. Heh heh heh.

As dusk arrives, we light all the tiki torches, and the Arabic dancers begin their dance as we beat the drumbs. Then the Sufi dancers will come and spin gracefully for us. We have a cheer squad that has put together a special routine and cheer for all of us withDID, because we deserve it.

The music plays, we all play, and we dance, it's safe and it's free. Such fun, such fun!

Come play with us! Who wants to come?

This is my new happy place.

*waves to people and proceeds to set a table*

*hides behind Sirpa, feeling slightly shy*

*runs to the bounce house, and waves happily; "hi!" :D*

*Carefully steps into the water, feels pretty good, and then swim a few meters away from the shore. Have to return to the shore again since Christy doesn't like when I'm too far away from her*

*Goes to the karaoke place and starts singing "The Look out is out" from the movie Asterix in Great Britain*
