enough to make you crazy

Postby INEEDTHISS » Mon Aug 25, 2014 11:09 pm

i haven't ate all day. I've had been drinking and am an emotional mess.the time of the month doesn't help. A boyfriend who is tormenting me. A mom who calls to yell at me about someone saying i have been raped which didn't happen i was molested. and a sister who post subs on fb about it. luckily i don't live with them anymore. my problem all four of these ppl seem to have some sort of mental illness. Two of which have D.I.D.
How do you know as a person that you are not causing these kinds of conflicts on ppl as a D.I.D.? i don't think i am i try to raise my kids the best that I can. But with some how i'm demanding and damaging.

I'm assuming your friend told you there D.I.D news? You said seem to have D.I.D....I guess you were trust worthy enough to handle that type of information. Most people have no idea or clue to what it really means, D.I.D..... I would act the same way you act towards your freiends before you knew. Unless, your freind specifically talks about some sort of trigger that you may be causing.

You can't validate it on the amount of traumas/abusive and that is the main reasons why singletons and other D.I.Ders cant stand each other. Remember inside out! it takes a long time to understand. but geuss what I would not try and research the D.I.D to understand your friend, because then they may pick up on that you trying to copy or mock a outloud voice. When its some much more that goes on internally in the brain or head.

I don't think you read my post clearly. I have D.I.D. I didn't right about a friend. I don't know where you even came up with the "friend." The "seem" was the ones I didn't know had mental illness and one told me the other has never been diagnosed. Before you judge me read the thread for what it is. The question is how do IIIIIIIIIIII (who is D.I.D) know if i am NOT causing the ppl around me mental anguish. I am not MOCKING ANYONE, NEITHER DID I OUT THEM. F.Y.I these two ppl knew I was D.I.D before I did. They brought it up to my attention. So how do IIIIIIII know that IIIIIIIIIII am not causing someone else anguish. I believe in accountability for my actions. My ex used to look at me strangley and resentful and say "oh it's you again." Sometimes he would ask "who are you" or "what's your name." Why would he be so angry?
Have i done something?

So thanks Buter for your efforts but you did not answer my q.
