Hi Boi

I am Phoenix. I'm a changeling. (non-human alter) We have no gender in our natural form, so we can blend with our host. On the inside I can change into animal form. I like to be a snow leopard and sometimes an eagle.
Host is female so she/her is fine.
I can age slide too but like to be 12 in my human form. I have been with the original host since childhood and am the companion/protector of child alter Susie.

Hi phoenix

Snow leopards and eagles are so cool. Wish I was cool like that. I know Syra (think he would be the host) saw a genet out on safari. But no one really knows what they are.

I think I'm a ANP... if that's right. I dont hold any trauma and I've been around for ages but I was dormant for years because there was trama. Thinking about it makes my head hurt.
Syra is genderfluid so I mix in well. We are often co-conscious.

I had to look up Genet! Its a kind of African (small) cat

https://www.awf.org/wildlife-conservation/genet

I'm an 'insider' I've only ever lived in the inner world and have never been an host. When little Susie was rejected because she wasn't 'normal enough' (our original is autistic) she came on the inside to live with the changelings (we are a tribe) and one of the other changelings went to the front to become 'the normal host child'.

I was assigned to be her guardian in the inner world so there was another layer of protection between the ANP child and her. We used to love role playing Narnia and I would be Aslan the talking lion as I can change form. :D We aren't trauma holders either, I think it maybe KIt (16) as they're really paranoid and don't enjoy any interaction with people.

Hi Phoenix (and Susie )
Here the horsey people play Pony Trails (the favourite), Equestriad and My Horse. Definitely a unicorn to buy in Pony Trails, and I think there is one in My Horse. Pony Trails is apparently fun because you see the horses head when you are riding, so it’s like they are actually riding (so they say). And you use the iPad to steer, so tilt the iPad to the left and the horse moves to the left. They are all on the iPad. We do have a horse game on the wii, but I don’t think they have ever played it.

Hi Boi,
Nice to meet you. I’m Nicole. Sorry I’m a bit slow, but what’s a ANP? I feel like I should know, but I don’t.

Hi Iain and Cody,
How are you going?

Hi Sasha,
It’s been a bit quiet over there. Are you ok?

Hi Devin,
How are things with you?

Hi to everyone else.

what’s a ANP?

Susie says thank you, I'm going to download some..do you have to pay for some You said you had to 'buy a unicorn'..is that with in-game money or real world money???

ANP means Apparently Normal Part - the alter who hosts and takes care of daily life the most. We used to have a stable ANP when the host body had to go to college and work and stuff and we 'insiders' rarely got chance to experience the outside world. But now the host body is isolated and especially when we've had to shield since last March and have no contact with anyone, the ones who could only come out in the bedroom before (our safe place in the outside world) now have an entire house to 'come out and roam round in! ...and cos of this virus thing we've been able to be outside more too cos we can go when no-one's about!

Our ANP's haven't been out for over a year cos we've had no interaction with RL people other than immediate family who 'our original' feels comfortable enough with to front (if only visiting their house).

I'm a changeling so I can pass as 'ANP host' for brief interactions, answering the door for a delivery or just nodding or saying hi to a passing dog walker or jogger, it saves us having to switch out fully when its only gonna be a very brief interaction of a few seconds/minutes and means I get to drive the (mobility) scooter myself, which is really fun!!! (like one of those kiddies electric toy car/bikes but bigger and a bit faster) Susie comes with me..we play 'secret agents', (cos RL people can't see 'us' they only see 'the body', it our disguise!) slip out in the real world early mornings ..(sundays or a bank holiday day are quietest and safest) go to see the ducks and play with the dog in the field..if no-one's around we have a really quick go on the swings!!! It's fun!!! :D

Does any one else slip out in the RW when your ANP Host isn't needed?

Hi nicole and phoenix

Maybe I'm not an ANP then. Syra is the main host but he isnt ANP. I dont know.

Syra doesnt like it when I'm out. I make us act weird (friendly and happy) which draws attention syra doesnt want. I never thought to make a game of it. But I'm the only one who doesnt hold trauma and no one else knows how to play. Even the little I look after struggles to play.

We play a game called wildhorsevalley online. Like owning a heard of wild horses. We played a lot of horse riding games when younger but wanted something different.

in Breath of the Wild there are wild horses everywhere and as Link you can just jump on one, ride it bareback to where you want to go, you can even ride the bears and deers etc if you want to keep the horses you can register them at a stable (name them) and get a saddle and bridle for it - can't register wild animals but can ride them briefly till they buck you off..lol!

If I wanted a game to resemble a real life as much as possible I'd want one where you have a hill farm in the middle of nowhere and dogs you can train to bring in the sheep and cattle or pull a sled in winter. But never seen anything like it in real world video games.

Hi,

I like slipping out and pretending to be Host. He's mostly ok with it as long as I don't spend money and Cody doesn't flirt with random people.

ANP means Host is only 'apparently' normal. Not 'really' normal like everybody else. It's a pretty stupid name actually. Whoever came up with it doesn't have much respect for multiple parts. I'd rather be called an RNP - "really normal part".

Iain
Iain - 14, Colin - 17, Evan - 7, Cody - 16, & Host - the adult out front

When they say 'be yourself',
which one do they mean?

we had a scare the other week. Jody was out with the dog later in the day (but on the M. scooter) and as an old guy went past he suddenly stopped and asked us if we got our purse back. ..Jody was like ..erm...sorry?" ... on the bus, you lost your purse on the bus! .. he said

Jody didn't know what to say! ...luckily M came to the rescue and politely told him we haven't been on a bus for over 15 years.

oh sorry...you just look like the lady on the bus..M again politely pointed out we couldn't get our wheelchair on a bus and he apologised again and walked off ...

By time we turned into the field people were starting to panic....what did he mean??? has someone slipped out without any of us knowing and been on a bus!!!!

M told us not to panic cos he was an old guy and he might have dementia or just be a bit mixed up! .. Maybe someone else local looks similar to us? ... we did ask Kit cos she used to slip out a lot and block Maddie (the host at the time) from coming out but she said it wasn't her she hasn't left the inside with Bobby.

No-one's owned up so hopefully he was just mistaken! ..but we've been making a mark on a diary for every full hour we remember been out and initial of person(s) out to make sure we can account for every hour! It spooked us a bit!
