Sorry you all are having a rough time at the moment.

Snaga, it must be hard having a deep denial phase. It is good that the others at least can drive or listen to music, so they can have some time doing things they enjoy.

Iain, sorry Host has to make a difficult decision. Big decisions are so hard, because everybody has a different opinion or thought about it. Will Host make the decision on his own, or will he listen to everyone’s input?

I hate it when our doc goes away, although I do realise he needs time to himself, time to relax. Good you were able to touch base with your T before she went away.

I’ll be here whenever you guys feel ready to talk.

Hi Nicole,

Host pretty much listens to us these days. It's hard because nobody's feeling safe about this so there's A LOT of opinions. Our T says everybody needs to meet together and talk but I don't think she knows how freaking hard that is to actually do.

Hope you guys are doing ok.

Hi Iain,

We totally know what you mean. Our T is always saying we need to have more discussions about things, but it can be so hard to do that. When we have meetings (although it is usually just the adults, which upsets me sometimes) they don’t seem to be very productive.

Not a good time for you to not have your T around. I hope you all are able to work out what to do and a decision is made that helps you all feel safe.

Hi Rose,

We're kind of messed up right now because there's something really important to us and a friend wants us to do it another way and we're scared that means we won't get it. I'm not sure that's what it really means but that's what happened in the past so that's what we hear. We're scared of losing our friend and scared of losing the important thing - like it's got to be one or the other. Lot's of old messages are in our head about having to give up our things so other people don't go away.

Hi Iain. I'm sorry you guys are feeling messed up right now. I hope you get the important thing and don't lose the friend.

Hi Rose and Nicole,

We haven't been writing in our journal--for us that's kind of like having a meeting. We're still trying to listen to each other, but things haven't felt very stable recently, and it feels like writing down how people are feeling will make it worse.

But we're still trying to listen and take care of each other.

Hi Iain,
I’m sorry you are going through all that. I hope you can work it out and get what you want without losing a friend in the process.

Hi Devin,
I’m sorry things don’t feel stable. I know what you mean about writing it down sometimes feels like it will make it worse. It kinda makes it more real for us, I guess. We got out of the habit of journaling as our original would freak out if she saw anything written or done that she didn’t do herself.

I hope things improve for both of you.

Hi Nicole,

We're ok now. Host's friend turned out to be pretty decent and didn't want to do anything that made it hard for us. Our T says we keep waiting for everybody to be an abuser. Maybe she's right.

How are you doing?

Hi Iain,

I’m so glad Hosts friend didn’t want to do something that would upset you all. It sounds like it was a big relief.

Sorry you are wondering if you are waiting for everybody to become an abuser, like your T said. How would you go about changing that? Y’know, trusting people more? I would have no idea. I know when I see a certain type of guy I hold my breath and start to see the pictures, so I guess we do the same thing. We are just waiting for him to turn around and grab us or something.
