Hi Naomi,

I like hidden object games too!

Right now we're dealing with a part who's causing a lot of problems. They're really mean and making it hard for the whole system. Our T says it's a good sign but I think it's a pain in the a*s!

We had therapy yesterday and saw our psychiatrist today. We have a new little, Willow, who is cute but very sad. The other new one is Evora and she is very angry and a lot of us are scared of her. Our therapist says this is all "progress" but it sure doesn't feel like it.

when you have to check if the toothbrush is wet to see where the others have stopped.
running low on energy. I will get us to T I guess. travelling is always stressful.

I am angry with the grown ups. autumn and they still didnt get me flat pliers and the right hex driver. need that to start the heating... old house... Colin, you would go mad if you saw our tool box. its got a screw driver, duct tape (for when its moving and it shouldnt) and WD40 (for when its not moving and it should). L stores her sewing kit and her gift wrapping stuff in the toolbox!!

think we had something like a breakthru with H last night. D is helping her. Scary parts are often parts who are stuck in trauma time. we are getting her to the present. its a shock, like it was for all of us.

Hi Annett,

That's a sad toolbox. Wish we lived closer. I'd give you a hex wrench and the pliers. I bet I have more than one. Good luck with the heating.

Colin

Cody says hi! :D

sigh, still no tools... we have been busy fighting fires. well, crisis stuff.
think we are getting somewhere though.
I am really restless about an event that is coming up. trying to get us out of town.
sometimes it is like we are living in a crime story, but its real...
today should have been our system games night. l wants to try this to see if it helps us. but nobody felt like games. L was in so much pain she went inside. I dont feel pain that much.
its weird how i sometimes get the night vigil, when everything goes quiet and I finally have time to do what I like.

Annette,

Sorry about the crisis stuff. 'Crime' doesn't sound good. You guys ok?

I've been on night vigil more times than I can count.

I don;t feel like talking much or dealing with otherbodied people and their weird social heirarchy, but here, that stuff doesn't seem to be a problem. It is nice for a change to not be talking-to people who I know in person; does anyone else agree? I feel like I am sometimes too much for them, or when aspects of myselves show and act differently, they'll be like 'you didn't say that last week.'

Quite... something.
