I'm Iain and I'm 14. Cody is 16. I'm actually out a lot even though Host is A LOT older. I'm mostly the social one so I talk to people a lot.

You're on the right thread. You didn't do anything wrong or inappropriate. Mostly there are just some things we don't talk about (pretty much anything R rated). I don't know if that's really a problem for us or if it just freaks out the adults.

I'm trying to decide on a name that isn't the same as other people's names, but I'm 14 and hello! I'm not in charge very often, because I'm usually pretty sad, but my therapist said I sounded lonely and suggested that I try to make new friends. Right now I've been stuck as me for three days, which is the longest I've been in charge since middle school. It's really scary and I'm worried Ezra won't come back, and I have to be a barista soon and I don't really know how to do that, and I'm not very personable so I'm worried the customers won't like me.

I really like tea, music (I will share my playlist with people!) and watching indie films- I love Perks of Being a Wallflower and Whip It, and 500 Days of Summer.

Hi. I'm Devin. I'm 14. I don't really get to do much, and I copy Sasha a lot because she's cool and I think I like a lot of the same things, but I'm way more shy, and I'm sad most of the time. I really miss the boy we were friends with when the body was 14. When I'm out I try to look him up and see if I could get in touch with him, but it was a really long time ago. But we were friends from the time the body was 4 years old until we were in college, and we found a letter he wrote us when we were in college, and it was really nice, but we were kind of snobby back then and didn't think he was smart enough for us or something dumb like that. But he was a really nice person, and I'm sorry we didn't stay friends with him.

Anyway, sorry to go on and on about him. I hope things work out at your job--that sounds scary, but I bet if you had to do it you would be able to figure it out! I can be friends with you if you want, but I think I'm kind of boring and I don't even know what movies or songs I like.

I figured things out and only had to work for a day before someone else took over, but now it's 6 week(?) or so later and I'm back. I had to go back home for a week after I got sick and had to see some doctors, and I kinda sorta kept it together while I was home thinking I'd leave again when I got back to my apartment. But now I'm back and I want to leave but nobody else is here. I'm panicking.

My best friend didn't die but she came very very close a few times. Then she left, so it felt like she had died. I'm sorry if your best friend died. I don't want to assume.

I like people calling me "Me", that's funny. Because when people ask who I am I say "I don't know, I'm just me." Kind of like Odysseus! Thank you for talking with me.

I'm sorry if your best friend died. That's really sad. When we were 10 two of our best friends (pretty much the only friends we had) moved to a really far away country. They were a brother and sister, and my age was right in the middle, and I was friends with both of them.

Okay I have decided, I want my name to be Annabelle. Like in the song Another New World/the Poe poem. I am objectively not handling things, but I really really cannot let anyone know that because it would mean my life would fall apart. I found a new therapist that specializes in IFS and CPTSD and DID so I hope she will help me.

It's Yom Kippur right now and I feel terrible because I am not going to go to services. But I am barely functioning as is and I didn't realize it was already Yom Kippur. idk my point other than, I wish I could not be me right now. It is a lot easier to just be me for little little bits of time.
