Hi kat, nice to meet you.

Hi Cody,

What happened? Were you in some kind of group therapy thing?? It sounds awful. I'm sorry you guys got hurt.

In our own news flash our T hurt our feelings again, so things are a mess. On top of that, he apparently has some kind of urgent thing going on in his own life right now, so the littles are all worried and upset about that.  I don't need all this drama going on right now.

i do feel like i might be getting more solid in myself though, and that's good i think.

Hi Sasha,

Yeah it was a therapy group thing and it F-ing HURT! I hate it when people do mean stuff and Host blocks Colin from taking care of it. I think Colin does a GREAT job of telling people to ###$ off. I know he used to get in like literal fights but he's a little more subtle now. 8) Anyway I don't want to ever see those dumb #####& EVER AGAIN. Except I kind of do because some of them were pretty nice. It's confusing.

You doing ok. Sorry about the drama. I guess if you don't want drama don't be multiple. We got to try that someday.

Hi kat,

Sorry about the fanfiction trigger. We had to stop reading fantasy stuff for the same reason. HUGE triggers all over the place. Hope you get more solid soon.

hi cody.

yeah, it was a bizarre experience for me. especially since the fanfiction in question was about the character that i'm introjected from. i wouldn't say he's "me", i think we're very different and don't want to be associated with him too much (not a bad guy or anything, i just don't want to be him when i'm not). but a lot of the stuff he went through is the same as i did. and not to mention that the host really enjoys this character and projecting our trauma onto him, haha. his trauma isn't written very well or taken seriously and that's something we relate to a lot, which is probably why he got attached. i don't blame him and im not really mad or anything.

it's just weird.

hah, yeah, i'm okay with it. to me when i look at this character i'm introjected from it's more like he's a character i played on TV or something, like an actor. or like an alternate universe version of me. i personally don't really find it creepy, but we have a lot of introjects in our system that think very similarly. that they're just alternate universe versions of them, or they're like actors that played these characters but are still directly separate from them. it's weird to pick up at first but you get used to it. at the very least i think it's better than being overly attached to the characters we're introjected from and thinking that we're 100% these characters in every way. it's too limiting, oppressive and constricting for us, it changes the way we think and doesn't let us be our own people. letting go of what we're introjected from and growing past it has been healthy for most of us.

Hi Sasha,

How's it going? You taking walks on the beach? God that sounds wonderful! Here it's hot then hot then hotter. Then it's dark but still hot. Walking to the freaking car makes us sweat! Mostly we're doing better. Host had his annual freak out but he's back to ordering us around like normal.

Hi Cody!

I'm not super big on the beach thing, but the littles like it. It's not like I'm down there wearing a bikini or anything--we're all covered up to keep from getting too much sun. But it's pretty there, and keeps everyone calm. We usually go on Wednesdays, but we decided to go to ballet this morning instead to keep the day more structured.

Ugh--that sounds super hot and humid. We get heat but it's usually dry. And it's always breezy at the beach so that's nice.

I'm glad Host has calmed down. Have you gotten to cook anything interesting lately? Or watched any cool movies?

Hi Sasha,

No cooking lately. But this weekend Host promised I could cook a bunch of stuff for the week. It's not like he's not going to eat it. I think I'm going to make some cinnamon rolls too. :D

I'm not much of a beach girl either. I look at pics of beautiful girls in bikinis lying on sunny beaches and wish I could be like that. But who am I kidding???? NEVER. GOING. TO. HAPPEN.

Do you actually LIKE ballet? Sounds like a freaking LOT of work to me.
