Hi Toasty...As the host ( Ekaterina.), it is your duty to do the best you can to keep some sort of order,as hard as it may be,among the alters.As it isnt in Mercy's nature to be an empath,it most likely isnt in Kasin's nature to be aggressive.There isnt room for bullying in the world of the alters either.It isnt fair to Kasin.....How can the healing process take place with an alter bullying another?You as a host have to set rules and boundries also,be it if the others like it or not.There will be turmoil at first,but maybe the aggressors will subside,and the protectors will have a chance to make their presence known and establish themselves without fear also.Wishing you peace..XX

Please don't take this as being harsh, but I disagree with you. The "host" is just an alter who's out the most. Why should it be THEIR job to keep everyone in line? Everyone in the system's got to put an effort in. It can't just be one person telling everyone what to do. A system works TOGETHER no in a chain command way. No one in the system is more important than the other. They are all equal. Therefore, it's not one person's job to keep all of them in line, it's EVERYONE's job to do it.

Sure, you can do much more than to cause destruction and hate. You're a God, aren't you? You sound like you could do a terrific job protecting the system, and yes, Kaisin included. If you protect her, maybe she might stop crying, and you can get to sleep more hours.

How about if you set a protection plan, maybe you can train and enjoy those rushes in other ways?

That's excellent! You've found a way to deal with it. You let it out. And thus it doesn't get worse. How about, instead of letting it out to whoever is closest, you go for a run until you're really tired?

Your words arent harsh..Thank You for explaining to me,as I am still trying to understand DID.

I am thinking,and this is just me thinking,that in society,it is hard for someone if they feel afraid,if they fear,or if they just cant express themself because it willl anger someone,or they will get bullied or abused.I would assume it is that way with DID also.There are sometimes the several identities.Alot of them quite different,trying to live together with equall importance.But as is in society,if an individual is being aggressive or abusive,they should be dealt with and a stoppage put to that behaviour.That behaviour is unfair to those who are taking the wrath.I would think it should be the same with DID...I would think the host,or if there is a strong protector alter,would want the system to work easier,and sometimes making the system work means dealing more strictly with an agressive alter...No?Remember,Im still learning and understanding (:

I also wonder if Kasin isnt crying/upset so much because Kasin might be in the age brackett that the actual abuse started for the host...And or possibly Mercy's personality reminds Kasin of an abuser.....??Im just thinking.I dont know much.Just throwing some thoughts out there.XX

And you... Ekaterina hardly does anything. Do you think she'd have the power to stop a god? No she wouldn't. I would like you try to manage a system on your own. Singleton. Only I seem to be doing work around here in this system. Kasin is a 49 year old who does not act her age. She classes herself as ten. She is a weakness in a system and does not belong. She deserves everything that comes her way. Now I must go and cause destruction.

Whatever you angry alters here are, you sound a lot like introjects to me. This means you incorporated qualities of those who abused you or you created a near copy of an abuser outside the body into the body. This once had survival value but it is the clearest sign of the damage of DID. What once had value due to the environment one had no choice about living in later becomes extremely negative for the individual. Bullying behavior is sadly common to some alters in DID.
